The NAUI Scuba Diver Course will teach you everything you need to be a responsible, self-reliant diver. After successfully completing a series of academic and in-water sessions you'll receive your NAUI world, the NAUI C-Card gives you access to diving services reserved solely for adventures with your unique training and qualifications.

To register for class, call 850-243-1600 to put your name on our class roster. Then, stop by to pick up your books, fill out a medical evaluation form and put down a deposit towards the class (or it can be done over the phone and we can mail you your course materials if you are out of the area). We recommend signing up for class at least two weeks prior to the start date so that you have sufficient time to study the material before the first class session.

As a NAUI-certified Scuba Diver you've experienced the thrill of diving, now consider the next step!

Advanced Scuba Diver training lets you explore new dive sites and diving activities under the supervision of your instructor. During a weekend of intense in-the-water instruction you'll learn more about diving's challenges and diversity. You'll gain confidence and experience, and you'll learn more about the many opportunities the sport has to offer

Diving is a remarkable adventure, but like all adventure sports it can pose hazards. NAUI's Scuba Rescue Diver Course teaches you to recognize those hazards and effectively cope with them.

Knowledge and thorough training are the key to dealing with difficult situations, and this course provides that preparation through a combination of academic study and in-water practice. Rescue training is essential to fully developing a diver's capabilities.

NAUI's Scuba Rescue Diver Course is offered on basic and advanced levels. In the advanced level course you will also receive first aid and CPR training. Agreat course to add to this class is DAN's Oxygen First Aid Provider.

The NAUI Master Scuba Diver Card signifies that you have achieved the highest level of recreational diving. The challenging, comprehensive training program leading to the Master Scuba Diver certification gives you the in-depth knowledge and confidence to take on more demanding diving adventures. This program also gives you a greater understanding of the physical demands and realities of diving.

As you learn in the scuba diver course, it is the nitrogen in the air that limits your dive time. Enriched Air Nitrox or just Nitrox is air that has more oxygen in it. Consequently it has less nitrogen. For you this means longer dive times! Need I say more?

The nitrox class can be taken in one of three ways:

•	Classroom course, you will receive a "Nitrox" certification card which will allow to buy and dive Nitrox within the recreational diving limits.
•	Classroom course plus two dives, you will receive a "Nitrox Diver" certification card, which also allows you to buy and dive Nitrox within the recreational diving limits. (Diver on the card signifies you have dove Nitrox with an instructor.)
•	Add the Nitrox course to a Scuba Diver Course! You will receive a "Nitrox Diver" certification card along with your Scuba Diver certification card and longer dive times will be yours from the beginning of your diving career!

As a NAUI Divemaster you can lead dives and dive trips, even take divers on vacations to the world's best dive spots. This is also an ideal step toward your Instructor rating.
