Bradley v. Stephens Inc. Represented plaintiff, improper investment recommendations, activities included plaintiff interviews, discovery, deposition, and at trial testimony. Case settled in favor of Plaintiff


   

March 1991 to October 1991

Care Initiatives v. State of Iowa. Represented defendant, real estate property tax dispute due. Circuit court ruled at trial that Care Initiatives was not a valid charitable organization and was not exempt from paying Iowa property taxes. Decision was upheld by the Iowa Supreme Court. My activities included discovery, deposition, and at trial testimony
