Appointments
We do require appointments for most spa services. Walk ins are also welcome. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your Spa therapies to shower or relax with a cup of tea. A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations
We ask that you give a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% and no shows will be charged 100% of services missed.

Gift Certificates
Gift cards are a great way to say thank you and are available in any dollar amount and our cards are renewable. For your convenience you may purchase cards over the telephone or contact us by e-mail.

Gratuities
Appreciation for your service provider is at your discretion, 15 to 20 percent is customary.

For the ultimate in relaxation and respect to others enjoying our soothing atmosphere we ask that cell phones be turned off in the Spa and on vibrate in the Salon area. Radio phones are not allowed. Well behaved children are allowed by appointment only.
