JoJa's Beach Cottage is approximately 300 feet from the beautiful sandy beaches. Nestled in a serene tropical cove, the whispering of the warm winds can often be heard passing through the palms surrounding this gulf view cottage. Nothing was sacrificed in the decorating and designing of this luxurious beach cottage. Beautiful quartz countertops,(5)flat screen High-Definition TV's with DVD players, a sophisticated sound system that is integrated throughout the inside of the house as well as the outside pool area, rope lighting in the master bedroom, and an exquisite wet bar, are only a few of the added features that make this two story cottage so unique. On the second floor is a spacious kitchen, equipped with top of the line appliances and utensils, and a beautifully furnished living room, which contains two glider/swivel chairs and a queen sized sleeper-sofa. Step out of the kitchen or living room onto a balcony;the balcony off the kitchen overlooks a refreshing private pool. Also on this floor is the luxurious master bath and bedroom which opens up to it's own private balcony. Rope lighting and a king sized bed, a 7-jet Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower with a rain head shower feature, are some of the extras that will make you never want to leave the master quarters. Your friends and family will not regret at all having accommodations on the first floor. Here they will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms; one which contains (2)queen sized beds and a flat screen,High-Definition TV with a DVD player, and another private bedroom,which also has a queen sized bed and a flat screen, High-Definition TV with a DVD player. Also on this floor is an entertainment room which contains a queen sized sofa-sleeper and a wet bar, two baths,and a laundry room with a built-in ironing board. Step out of the entertainment room onto the pool deck and enjoy the private pool and spa, and the cool breeze of this tropical cove. Later, take a stroll up the winding stairwell to the observation deck and catch a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Just want to relax and enjoy the solitude?
