The master bedroom opens to the 44-foot balcony on which there is a private two-person hot tub. The master bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower with two heads, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet.

This condominium has never been on the rental program, as it was used as a year-round home. Most of the furniture is new, and the entire condominium was recently painted. The main living area has new porcelain tile and granite floors, and custom kitchen cabinets.
